Our focus is simple. Find great properties in and around The North West, Midlands and Yorkshire… and offer them to working people on a Rent-to-Buy basis to help more people become home owners where they would otherwise be stuck renting forever!

Our Role In the Property Market

At RenttoBuyProperties.co.uk, we help people who are often left out of the property market across The Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West. We match homes with people who will look after them as if they were their own – even those who don’t yet qualify for a bank mortgage to be able to buy straight away.

We are committed to helping the large number of hard working people who want to buy, but can’t qualify for mortgages from banks. There’s tons of great homes around. Homeowners and landlords want to sell, and lots of tenants want to buy… but the banks won’t help!

That’s why we do what we do.

We help property sellers sell their home to qualified tenant/buyers who aren’t ready to get a traditional mortgage yet. Whether it’s because the buyers don’t have the large deposit required by the banks or their credit score is not quite up to scratch right now but will be in a few years time. We help by giving you the time you need to get your finances ready, but you can live in the property before you own it.
